As a Sr. Data Scientist, you'll lead the charge in analyzing thousands of patient-therapist conversations. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, product specialists, and clinical experts, you'll uncover insights that will enhance therapy sessions for countless individuals. Who are you?
- Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in the industry as a data scientist
- Experience with NLP, LLM applications and Generative AI
- Proven experience in developing and delivering end-to-end AI models, from data cleaning, feature engineering, algorithm development, and implementation in production
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with AI Agents - advantage
- Experience in Speech & Audio domain (e.g., Speech-to-text, Speakers Separation, Diarization, Speaker identification) – advantage
- Start-ups experience - advantage
How will you contribute?
- Lead data science projects that directly influence the work of thousands of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other caregivers.
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions from the research phase through to production.
- Identify and leverage cutting-edge technologies to facilitate their integration into our products.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members.
- Play a critical role in designing the company’s products.
