How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead and execute complex data science projects from conception to implementation
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to extract actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, guiding them in their professional development
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in data science
- Drive innovation and best practices in data science within the organization
What we're looking for:
- Bachelors or master’s in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of leading successful projects
- Experience in building scalable AI/ML, computer visions solutions on image datasets
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python
- Experience of cloud-based platforms i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP and big data technologies i.e., Hadoop, Spark
- Experience in machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
