Design and optimize dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders at all levels.
Lead ad-hoc data exploration and advanced analytics projects to address complex business questions and uncover hidden insights.
Implement and enforce data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all analyses.
Mentor junior analysts, fostering their growth in analytical skills and business acumen.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce analytics to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and business impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in an ecommerce setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools for analyzing large datasets, with experience in developing and maintaining dashboards to track business metrics.
