We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Senior Data Analyst / Senior Product Analyst, who will play a key role in leveraging data insights to optimize and enhance our Product Catalog, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
What will your work consist of?
- You will cooperate with Product Managers, development teams, UX Designers and UX Researchers in the development of Product Catalog / product relationships on the Allegro platform
- Your task will be to look for new solutions and support Products Teams through various analyzes and recommending changes to improve the experience of Allegro merchants & customers
- You will provide descriptive and diagnostic analytics (what happened and why did it happen)
- You will support the design and conduct of A/B tests with your statistical knowledge, often providing input in the form of variants of changes
- You will drawing conclusions from A/B tests and recommending options for implementation
- You will manage data architecture of the BU data, deploying data services and creating data domains
We are looking for people who
- have proficiency in using SQL and a foundational understanding of Python
- have minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or a similar capacity
- have basic knowledge about e-commerce business and technology
- have the ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses
- know how transform data into knowledge, draw conclusions and present recommendations
- have statistical knowledge to conduct A/B tests
- have expertise in selecting appropriate data visualization techniques; familiarity with Tableau/Data Studio is a bonus
- have exceptional collaboration skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication with various stakeholders
- have experience in processing and analyzing large data sets
- care about the reusability of the code
- know English at a minimum level of B2
