Senior Data Analyst/ Product Analyst (Merchant, Technology)

Cooperation based on a employment contract for substitution.

A hybrid work model requires 1 day a week in the office.

 

We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Senior Data Analyst / Senior Product Analyst, who will play a key role in leveraging data insights to optimize and enhance our Product Catalog, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. 

 

What will your work consist of?

  • You will cooperate with Product Managers, development teams, UX Designers and UX Researchers in the development of Product Catalog / product relationships on the Allegro platform
  • Your task will be to look for new solutions and support Products Teams through various analyzes and recommending changes to improve the experience of Allegro merchants & customers
  • You will provide descriptive and diagnostic analytics (what happened and why did it happen)
  • You will support the design and conduct of A/B tests with your statistical knowledge, often providing input in the form of variants of changes
  • You will drawing conclusions from A/B tests and recommending options for implementation
  • You will manage data architecture of the BU data, deploying data services and creating data domains

We are looking for people who

  • have proficiency in using SQL and a foundational understanding of Python 
  • have minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or a similar capacity
  • have basic knowledge about e-commerce business and technology
  • have the ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses
  • know how transform data into knowledge, draw conclusions and present recommendations
  • have statistical knowledge to conduct A/B tests
  • have expertise in selecting appropriate data visualization techniques; familiarity with Tableau/Data Studio is a bonus
  • have exceptional collaboration skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication with various stakeholders
  • have experience in processing and analyzing large data sets
  • care about the reusability of the code
  • know English at a minimum level of B2
