Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and
translate business needs into technical solutions such as reports and dashboards.
Collaborating across Growth, Marketing, Product teams across Paytm Money
Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance
processes for the team's deliverables.
Key skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in data analysis and a year of team handling experience.
Proven experience working on Tableau (2+ years) and any other advanced BI tools to
develop reports and dashboards.
Developing reports and dashboards in Metabase and Redash.
Strong proficiency in writing Advanced SQLs, Expertise in performance tuning of SQLs
(3+ years).
Be proficient in Excel.
Analytical thinking and Solid understanding of data mining techniques.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey
complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to have – experience working on Python for data processing and pipeline building
using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
