Overview
Our client is looking for ambitious and self-motivated data analysts. They are a software company focusing on retail analytics SaaS solutions for brick-and-mortar retailers through cloud computing, machine learning and big data. They have just secured Series A funding of $5M USD for their further expansion.
What You Will Do
- Conduct data analysis and visualization to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and implement report automation processes using Python
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau
- Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Use API to extract data from various sources
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations
What You Will Need
- Proficient in business intelligence, Excel, Python programming and report automation
- Experience in data modelling, statistical analysis, and data mining
- Good communication skills to work with business partners of different levels and backgrounds.
- Able to articulate ideas verbally and in written forms, in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Able to work independently, pro-active, team player, creative and detail-oriented
