What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst to join us in the Insurance Operations Data Analyst team at Grow Therapy, and who will work on analytical and data visualization projects. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of 4-5 reporting directly into the Director of Data Analytics and Special Projects. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop data-driven business insights and work with cross-functional partners to find opportunities and recommend prioritization of product, growth, and optimization initiatives
  • You have advanced SQL expertise (Python is a plus)
  • You are a wizard at building business critical dashboards/data visualizations (ideally within Looker, with strong LookML expertise) 
  • You are familiar working in sprints and are organized with your workload to execute on Scopes of Work (SOWs) – experience taking business needs and crafting SOWs is a plus  
  • You have a knack for detail and can navigate your way through networks of SQL tables and data fields with ease
  • Refine ambiguous questions and generate new hypotheses about the product and business through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business


Salary range: $115,000 - $142,000
