- Define the business tracking need for specific KPI, working efficiently with the Data Tracking Specialist to provide accurate data analysis
- Acquire data from different data sources and maintain databases/data systems, filter and “clean” data by discovering any mismatches or outliers
- Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports, propose enhancement/KPI
- Analyze player behavior, evaluate game performance, interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and propose suggestions to business challenge
- Collaborate with live-ops and creation game teams to understand the insight and prioritize the analysis needs, point out bottlenecks in productions and propose solutions
- Present information using dashboards and other data visualization techniques
- Provide monthly main KPIs data evolution, quarterly player and data analysis and list of recommendations for game projects
- At least 2 years working experience as a Data Analyst on gaming or mobile application industries
- Business Intelligence in Kids Gaming are a big plus
- Knowledge on Business Intelligence tools as Metabase, Microsoft Power BI or Looker are a must
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
- Knowledge of Jira (Data, Dashboards, JQL queries) is a plus
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- High presentation, reporting and communication skills with professional English competency
- Strong team spirit, high commitment and self-discipline
- Meticulousness, result-oriented working approach, flexible attitude and a quick learner
