Role Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will report directly to the Business Analyst director. You will be in charge of:
- You will apply technical expertise to analyze complex data sets, make recommendations, and implement solutions that increase the efficiency of the people analytics function
- Develop SQL queries to analyze our data for quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Experian Consumer Services (ECS) products and benefit delivery
- You will also assess and address complex issues in daily control reviews to ensure product/service delivery meets Indicators and Service level agreements
- Create Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to highlight business insights and performance trends
- Be a consultant and promoter to business leaders on advanced analytics and machine learning tools and techniques, to improve work across the company
- You will perform gap analysis to develop customer-centric monitoring capabilities using data analysis tools
- Analyze data from multiple platforms and sources
- Automate processes, and oversee product/service development
- Create process documentation for operational procedures
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL query development
- Experience with a broad range of analytical methodologies and their use in solving business problems
- Experience managing and delivering high quality analytics projects.
- Adept in querying relational databases, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and other data tools (AWS Redshift and Python experience)
- Experience with advanced data management and visualization practices.
- Ability in using statistical analysis, predictive modeling and explanatory modeling to identify trends.
- Experience creating data visualizations with visualization tools like Tableau
- Proficiency profiling data, including data analysis, discovery, cleansing, and transformations
- Experience with complex direct-to-consumer products and systems
- Experience and ability to present analyses and business cases to all kinds of partners
This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
