Senior Data Analyst - Analytics and Insights

The DTC Analytics team at AB InBev is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in dashboards and analysis to meet the needs of key stakeholders by providing and maintaining KPIs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver insightful dashboards and analyses that enable data-driven decision-making. Your attention to detail and storytelling skills will be essential in delivering visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and analyses. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data, product, and engineering, will be essential in driving data insights and creating impactful dashboards. We are looking for a candidate who excels in analytical skills and aspires to take on a leadership role, leading initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and driving strategic projects that shape the future of our analytics capabilities.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of dashboards and KPIs creation, leveraging your knowledge of SQL
• Analyze data to identify the best approach for building dashboards and defining relevant KPIs
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their business needs
• Design visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate analysis and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies and experiments to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
• Take initiative in leading projects and driving the strategic vision of the analytics team
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related data field
• Strong experience in analytics, with a focus on dashboard creation and KPI development
• Required strong proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or others
• Desired experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders 
• The ideal candidate for this role combines advanced analytical and modeling skills with a keen eye for dashboard creation. You should be passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and possess a strong understanding of business needs. Your ability to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with stakeholders will be crucial in delivering impactful dashboards that support the strategic and monetization goals of AB InBev. Moreover, you should be driven by a desire to lead and inspire others, taking ownership of projects and guiding the team towards success.
