Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in customer success management or client management within adtech, digital advertising, or media agencies. With a great combination of both interpersonal and analytical skills, you are a true problem solver with a strong customer-centric mindset.
This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our Stockholm office.
What You Will Do
Managing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Defining and executing media strategy and media plans for key accounts
Collaborate with internal teams including business development, product, marketing, and ad operations to deliver a seamless experience for clients
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling solutions and services to customers
Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with agencies and brands to understand their needs and ensure they are leveraging the full value of Verve’s solutions
Provide clients with insights, best practices, and recommendations to optimize their outcomes
