Senior Customer Experience (CX) Specialist

  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries within the agreed time frame, and establish customer’s needs through questioning by working closely with key stakeholders
  • Understand processes and make recommendations to improve overall team efficiency
  • Take ownership to solve issue and problem
  • Manage and monitor KPI and CS agents

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in CX
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills
