As a (Senior) CRM Manager, you will own and execute our CRM campaign strategy, driving the creation and management of end-to-end campaigns across email, push notifications, and onsite channels to deliver a best-in-class user experience. You will be responsible for providing customers and leads with highly personalized and targeted communications, enhancing engagement through value-driven interactions. Additionally, you will find innovative solutions to increase efficiency through automation, support lead generation and subscriber growth, and contribute to major initiatives around customer retention and CRM. Own Marketing Automation: Take full ownership of all marketing automation efforts, leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive personalization, segmentation, and customer journey enhancements that increase retention and lifetime value.
Enhance Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of different customer segments and create strategies that foster meaningful, value-driven interactions through targeted communications that resonate with each audience.
Analyze, Prioritize, and Optimize: Conduct thorough analyses to build business cases, assess the impact of initiatives, and prioritize tasks that offer the greatest potential for long-term customer value and business impact.
Lead Projects and Drive Execution: Manage projects from concept to completion, establishing clear creative and technical requirements, setting deadlines, and securing stakeholder resources. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Implement Larger Initiatives: Support the Head of Retention in executing significant initiatives, such as referral and loyalty programs, collaborating closely with Product and other teams to ensure seamless integration into the broader marketing strategy.
