- Fully own the CRM strategy and execution for our subscription model - Prime - focused on increasing adoption by retaining and reactivating users;
- Fully own the CRM strategy for the early retention stage - Beginners - focused on increasing order frequency in the first 28 days since the first order;
- Manage a 5-digit monthly budget to be used to achieve monthly targets;
- Work closely with other lifecycle stages to create a cohesive lifecycle strategy, as well as with Marketing Tech and Customer Insights teams to develop your strategy;
- Partner with Local Marketing, Growth, Creative, Data, Commercial, and Engineering teams as key stakeholders to achieve your main targets.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, subscriptions or grocery delivery industry;
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies and lifecycle management;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BigQuery, GSheets, Looker…);
- Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization;
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, or similar;
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
