PrettyLittleThing has an exciting new vacancy for a Senior CRM Executive to join the digital marketing team. This role will support the CRM team across BAU, strategy and campaign marketing.
What you'll be doing
- Line management of sub-teams of the market in which you are responsible for, reporting into the Manager / Assistant Manager.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate well within the sub-team, making sure you are clear and realistic with your expectations.
- Driving the markets across all channels of which you are responsible for – looking past current ways of working and highlighting opportunities by market and audience with a focus on BAU.
- Plan and support high level customer communication strategy, across all territories and all channels for BAU comms and ensure these are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support end-to-end delivery across CRM campaigns, including planning, briefing, implementation, and post campaign analysis.
- Supporting the Manager / Assistant Manager in implementing MVT throughout both BAU and behavioural flows.
- Support the Manager / Assistant Manager in the updating and constant optimisation of behavioural flows of the markets which you are responsible for.

More about you
- Experience in a similar role, working as a (Senior) CRM Executive.
- Experience working with Bloomreach or similar.
- Excellent commercial understanding.
- A passion for data and analytics to proactively identify insights and an ability to effectively communicate these insights.
- Up to date knowledge of trends in CRM techniques.
- Have an interest in retail / online marketing.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrable customer-centric thinking.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ambitious, driven individual who excels in challenging environments.
- Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the fashion sector (desired)
