Join our Global Creative Services (GCS) team, Smartly’s hub of Creative Technologists – dedicated to leading content innovation and creative & channel strategies that drive business. This role will focus on strategic support for Smartly customers, consultative partner engagements, and content & collateral enablement. As a Sr. Creative Technologist (Strategy), you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the GCS Leadership to operationalize and scale solutions for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities...

Channel Strategy: Develop clear channel strategies to tee up creative and conceptual areas of collaboration with external partners for their marketing campaigns.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the team (and Leadership) to develop clear narratives, design and operationalize scaled programming, white-label concepts, and strategic / creative blueprints.

Client Engagement: Work closely with regional teams to develop and strengthen strategic relationships with customer teams across various industries and verticals.

Creative Consulting: Provide expert consultation to existing customers, enhancing their creative effectiveness through tailored creative strategies.

Creative Tools Adoption: Lead efforts to increase the adoption of Smartly’s creative tools, reducing barriers to entry by providing inspiration and subject matter expertise within the designer workflow ecosystem.

Product & Content Development: Collaborate with product, marketing, and training teams to continuously improve Smartly’s creative offerings, content, and training materials.

Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue generation by crafting and delivering creative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and align with Smartly’s business objectives.
We're Looking for You If You Have...

Experience: 10 years in creative marketing, technology and/or advertising experience.

Hands-on Experience: Proven experience in a creative, strategic or advertising role, graphic design experience a plus.

Creative Process Expertise: Deep understanding of the creative process and familiarity with industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspaces

Strong Customer-Facing Experience: Experience communicating creative solutions to design and marketing teams

Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with multiple online marketing platforms and a strong knowledge of the Social Media Advertising landscape.

Agency Background: Experience working in a media or creative agency is highly desirable.

Creative Vision: High level of visual imagination and creativity, coupled with strong communication skills, high-quality standards, and initiative.

Leadership in Training: Confidence and experience in leading creative workshops and training sessions.
