Your Tasks: 

• You are responsible for delivering high-quality products following A2MAC1's standards, always striving for improvements and efficiency — you know how to make things better every day! 

• You engage in exciting customer-engaged projects and programs (such as functional/cost benchmarking, design-to-cost initiatives, and system optimization) — always keeping the customer's satisfaction in mind. 

• You review deliverables and provide guidance to your colleagues — keeping projects on track and results top-notch. 

• You actively share your experience and lessons learned with the team — knowledge sharing is second nature to you. 

• You support the onboarding and mentoring of new colleagues — helping them settle in and grow. 

• You assist the sales team with your expertise on related topics — you have a positive impact on the business outcome. 

Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field — your technical foundation is solid. 

• Professional experience in cost analysis, benchmarking, and automotive component analysis — you bring at least 5 years of hands-on knowledge. 

• Project management and coordination skills — you know how to steer projects smoothly. 

• Confident communication in English and/or German — you explain technical topics clearly, even to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset — you love turning complex challenges into clear solutions. 

• Strong presentation skills — you know how to make information understandable and appealing.
