Cashmere is currently seeking a thoughtful and innovative Sr. Copywriter to work across a variety of projects and brands. We are looking for a leader who has experience in social and traditional advertising. Multicultural experience/knowledge is a must. 

As a member of the Creative team, you will work across departments, including Strategy, Social, PR, Experiential, and Business Development, as well as execute project-based creative for clients. The ideal candidate must be comfortable jumping from project to project as needed and able to excel under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects with some of our high-profile clients in the entertainment industry, as well as Fortune 500 brands in technology, apparel, and consumer products.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Creative team through conceptual ideation and copy development
  • Creation of social asset copy, brand campaign ideation and execution, and pitch decks. 
  • Work with a variety of creative team members to develop concepts for video, social and digital, among others
  • Ensure the creative is up to agency standard, then push it to go beyond.
  • Research, checking facts, proofreading, and asking for help when you need it.
  • Present work to managers to ensure concepts and copy align strategically with the brand and brief, including messaging, voice and tone.
  • Sr. Copywriters are accountable for having a proactive attitude and approach to your growth and personal development. An insatiable appetite for learning and improving is a must.
  • Communicate clearly with other members of the team including art directors, designers, project managers, executive leadership, etc.
  • Develop copy that strategically supports a concept, whether that means it is emotional, educational, inspiring, entertaining, etc.
  • Meet and communicate about project milestones and deadlines.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or or comparable field experience is required
  • 5-7 years experience in a creative agency environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines
  • Superior writing skills with an ability and willingness to share knowledge and influence the team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Slides
  • Must have prior broadcast/production experience. 
  • Must be able to travel up to 5% for client needs

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

$115,000$120,000 USD
