At Cask, we’re with our clients—and our team—for what comes next. We’re seeking a collaborative and business-savvy Senior Contracts Manager to join our growing global Compliance & Contracts team. In this role, you’ll lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of a wide range of commercial and subcontract agreements, supporting business growth while protecting Cask’s interests.
To be successful in this role, you’re not just about reviewing terms—you’re helping teams close deals, mitigate risk, and build trust. You bring a calm, strategic voice to the table, ensuring contract processes are streamlined and aligned with enterprise goals. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Compliance to manage customer and vendor agreements, SaaS/software terms, NDAs, and B2B arrangements at a global level. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, risk, and compliance—someone who doesn't just manage contracts but drives contract excellence.

Note: Base salary range is $115,000 to $130,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
