Scope and Objective:
GroupM is seeking an experienced Senior Content Manager to support client servicing across five different capabilities: Social Management, Creative and Innovation, Content and Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, and Gaming. This role will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure the seamless execution of content strategies aligned with client objectives. The Senior Content Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing content deliverables, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of content delivery. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and ensure their needs are met with excellence.

Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of content campaigns. Ensure that content is delivered on time, meets client specifications, and adheres to GroupM’s high standards of quality.

Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams such as social management, creative, and content partnerships to align on deliverables and ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client goals.

Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients, including status updates, performance reporting, and strategy recommendations. Proactively address any client concerns or feedback and provide solutions that add value.

Revenue Growth:
Work with the Head of Content and Regional MD to drive revenue by identifying opportunities for account growth and offering additional services to meet client needs.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Support junior team members, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative environment where the team can thrive. Help elevate the team’s performance in delivering client-focused results.

Client Strategy Development:
Contribute to the strategic development of content proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and the latest industry trends. Support in presenting these strategies to senior client stakeholders.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or content management within a media or advertising agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and content campaigns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Familiarity with digital media, content strategies, and current industry trends.
