Dext operates across Europe, North America and APAC, with an expanding SaaS product portfolio. We are now seeking a Senior Content Manager to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. 🚀

It's a fabulous opportunity to make your mark and join our team in the UK to be part of one of the world's leading FinTech solution providers.

The role - what you’ll do as Senior Content Manager:

This role involves creating high-quality, impactful content that aligns with Dext’s business objectives and enhances our market presence. Whether it’s a high-impact video, blog article or a simple social post, you’ll turn your hand to all forms of content. The Senior Content Manager will work as part of a team of content creators and work closely with marketing, PR and comms, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.

This role is pivotal in enhancing Dext’s market presence and driving engagement through compelling content that resonates with our audience. The Senior Content Manager will play a key role in shaping the voice and narrative of Dext, ensuring it stands out in the competitive landscape. 💫

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Dext's marketing goals and business objectives;
  • Create, curate, and distribute high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and multimedia content. In this role, you'll also be responsible for not only writing content but also reviewing content from agencies, freelancers and other stakeholders in the business;
  • Ensure that all content is consistent with Dext’s brand voice and messaging in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice – adapting as necessary to fit different audiences and platforms;
  • Optimise content for SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools to inform future content strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to gather insights and create content that addresses customer needs and pain points.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.

About you - what we are looking for:

Below are our ideal requirements, but we hire based on potential, not just on experience, and we know that some people are less likely to apply for a role if they don’t meet 100% of the criteria. At Dext we are committed to cultivating a diverse, inclusive and empowering culture, so please apply if you meet the majority of these competencies. You can read more about our Diversity and Inclusion commitments.

  • Expertise in developing and executing content strategies that drive business goals;
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail;
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience using SEO tools to optimise content;
  • Experience writing and creating content for fintech companies is beneficial, but not essential;
  • Strong project management, collaboration skills, and a customer-focused mindset to join our team.
  • Proactive and confident in taking responsibility, communicating, and making decisions.

What you will be part of - our values, culture and behaviours:

We are a highly ambitious, innovative, market-leading FinTech. We are a global, Private Equity backed business (HgCapital), but we have the dexterity and pace of a scale-up. We are uncompromising in our desire to achieve our best, day-in day-out, and we have three clear values which guide everything we do:

Be Brave - Everyone in the company has a voice to challenge ideas and the status quo.

Be Exceptional - We set high standards for ourselves. We aim to be exceptional at what we do.

Be Together - We are one team. There is no such thing as individual success without team success.

Our behaviours are how we practically live and breathe our values and are an essential part of life at Dext.

🌟 Our behaviours guide us and inform how we communicate, collaborate and support each other. They are:

Be Diverse, be Courageous, be Considerate, be Transparent, be Focused, be Accountable, and above all, be Dexterous!

What we will give you - the perks:

  • Competitive salary;
  • Flexible working;
  • 25 days off plus bank holidays volunteering days, summer hours and a day off the week of your birthday;
  • Employer-paid private medical insurance and health cash plan (Medicash - reloadable shopping cards, cinema ticket discounts, online discounts and more!);
