Senior Consultant - Windows Solution Engineer

Our Delta Technologie team is looking for a Senior Consultant - Windows Solution Engineerto help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.

The Senior Consultant - Windows Solution Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain servers and systems using advanced End Point Management (EMS) solutions.
• Ensure peak performance across the digital workspace for seamless team operations.
• Design, implement, and optimize core enterprise applications like Active Directory, MS Exchange, and others.
• Utilize tools such as SCCM, MS Intune, and Mobile Device Management to elevate IT systems.
• Drive the adoption and optimization of Microsoft tools like Office 365, MS Teams, and SharePoint, transforming them into catalysts for efficiency.
• Develop and enforce policies to safeguard digital assets, ensuring a secure and resilient IT environment.
• Lead technological advancements, create guidelines, and document best practices to empower colleagues and the organization.
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge in your domain, sharing insights and fostering growth within the team.
• Contribute expertise to strategic IT initiatives, occasionally managing administrative responsibilities for project success.
• Partner with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to fortify the digital landscape against threats.

The Senior Consultant - Windows Solution Engineer will also have the responsibility to participate to the Delta Digital Fund Industry club.

As a consultant, the Windows Solution Engineerwill support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

Requirements

• Proven at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing Microsoft ecosystems, scripting, and handling enterprise IT environments.
• Expertise in managing Microsoft ecosystems (Windows OS, Office) and tools like SCCM, Intune, and Endpoint Management Systems.
• Proven experience in business continuity and resilience.
• Advanced scripting skills for seamless software deployment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field

• English, French speaking are mandatory, other languages are considered as an advantage
