Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Program Design & Execution: Lead customer engagements for building secure coding programs by establishing clear program objectives, key metrics, and structured outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with customer stakeholders to understand their unique security needs, establish alignment, and tailor the secure coding program to meet their requirements.

Expert Integration: Collaborate with Cyber Awareness and Application Security experts as needed to leverage their technical expertise for strategic discussions.

Project and Time Management: Ensure that multiple concurrent projects are delivered on time and within scope, using excellent time management and organizational skills.

Internal Development: Dedicate a portion of time to building internal assets and playbooks, supporting the rapid scaling and efficiency of the Professional Services team.

Technical Engagement: Engage in detailed secure coding discussions, providing insights and guidance on programmatic implementation.

Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to refine delivery processes, share best practices, and enhance the collective expertise of the Professional Services team.
