About you:

As a Senior Consultant you will work with clients to design and deliver the meaningful change needed to successfully accelerate their digital delivery. As a result, you will need to be able to:

  • Support client engagements to oversee and deliver all aspects required within an engagement. Assessing a client’s current state and work with them envision their future in order to deliver on their digital ambitions
  • Design new digital ways of working, including how digital operates alongside other business functions, and how those other functions can themselves become more digital
  • Build compelling commercial cases to help our clients make the required changes
  • Transition the organisation to new digital ways of working, through effective planning, communications and change management
  • Work with senior executives, both inside and outside of IT / Technology / Digital, on understanding digital and agile ways of working and the need for change
  • Get ‘hands on’ with the work, beyond leading and directing, and produce the required outputs and outcomes
  • Applying a commercial mindset throughout an engagement and owning (or supporting) account development plans. Responsible for identifying and developing further opportunities for AND Digital to support our clients, in order for them to be successful.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Consulting experience, gained at a recognised Consulting firm.
  • Breadth and depth of consulting experience in delivering programmes and projects, implementing new techniques, technologies and ways of working in their area of specialism, ideally across a range of clients / organisations.
  • Good knowledge of digital delivery - particularly through Product, Technology, People & Change, Data & Insight - backed up with your own experience and POVs.
  • Good personal delivery experience of People Consulting expertise (covering at least one of Org Design, Change Management, Culture Change) .
  • Ability to confidently build and maintain meaningful client relationships, from mid-level managers through to C-suite.
  • You enjoy leading, driving and ultimately landing the associated benefits for the client amidst a complex set of risks or issues .
  • Leadership and management style that generates support and commitment from internal and client teams.
  • You have started building commercial acumen - e.g. assisting in building business cases, statements of work, MSA’s
  • You have had exposure to business development and are building that capability - e.g. identifying new opportunities, building relationships
  • Ability to persuade / influence the client stakeholders of changes on approach / direction if needed.
