Steer is looking for an enthusiastic and talented professional with a passion for transport to join our India office as a Senior Consultant with prior transportation transaction advisory and project management experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that works on a wide variety of high-profile transportation projects, including traffic and revenue studies for toll roads, transportation finance studies and strategic policy making. You will work as part of our global team spanning across India, Europe, North America, LATAM and UK providing solutions to both private sector clients, including investors, operators and concessionaries within the infrastructure sector.

This position will be based in our Infrastructure team and will support the team and clients with project management and the delivery of transaction advisory projects. The candidate will support the core India team to deliver existing projects and to develop a portfolio of new infrastructure transaction projects.

Compensation
Steer is committed to ensuring that all its employees are compensated a fair, competitive wage. All initial compensation, regardless of location, may be subject to change as skills, abilities, internal equity and geographic location are taken into account.
In addition to base salary, all employees will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus. Please review the benefits section for more information on total reward.
Steer reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional compensation.
Requirements
Education qualifications
The candidate should be educated to degree level from one of the following disciplines: Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Transport Planning, Geography, or other numerical or transport-related subjects.
