Why you will love this opportunity as Senior Consultant (Asset Maintenance) at Civica 

As a Senior Consultant (Asset Maintenance) you will lead the deployment of software solutions, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their requirements are fully met. 

Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, configuring software, and delivering expert guidance throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. 

You’ll have the opportunity to effectively client face, leading the collection and analysis of client requirements, then working on the design and configuration of software applications to meet client needs.  

This role will allow you to work across multiple areas, so if you enjoy variety this will be a great opportunity for you. You’ll manage project timelines and deliverables, oversee implementation, create and deliver training and ensure the successful deployment of our product – Asset Maintenance, a Civica product.

Requirements

What you will do to be successful in this role 

  • Bring a wealth of knowledge around software development, implementation processes, training and project management of ERP solutions with an Asset Maintenance focus  
  • Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions 
  • Effectively client face, you’ll work with our established client base, as well as new customers  
  • Bring strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-implementation phases 
  • Demonstrate an understanding of local government industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, SOX) 
  • Show case excellent communication skills and teamwork
  • Identify and implement customer asset maintenance service level agreements and connect with product framework 
  • Ideally, we would love to see some prior experience working with geographic information systems 
  • Demonstrate a good understanding and experience working with State Based Road Management and Maintenance State legislation
