About The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Senior Product Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Integra is providing compliant products to its rapidly growing markets and their ever evolving requirements. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and standards in the cosmetic hair care/personal care industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Professional experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, engineering, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- High energy and high capacity to handle multiple priorities under time-pressure.
- 5-7 years of Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of electrical appliance regulatory affairs experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint and MS Excel).
- Strong knowledge of US and international regulations and standards related to cosmetics and hair care products.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing regulatory strategies and obtaining regulatory approvals for products.
- Experience in interacting with regulatory authorities and managing regulatory inspections and audits.
- Excellent understanding of the product development process and the ability to apply regulatory requirements to each stage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hands-on formulation or packaging development.
- Previous brand and/or supply chain experience.
- Cross-functional leadership/project management experience.
- Experience with presentations to senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment that requires the high initiative and ability to self–prioritize business tasks.
