Senior Compensation Analyst

This role is a Hybrid role with an expectation to come on-site a few times a month and as-needed.

About the Team: 

Our People team is responsible for supporting Relativity’s best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best to join our company. On this team, you are given the opportunity to work across many teams and projects, while also helping to set the tone for Relativity’s company values and culture. In addition to recruiting, you will also support employer brand efforts, as well as networking events, career fairs and more.

The Total Rewards team is responsible for building compensation and benefit programs that help Relativity attract and retain top talent.  The team ensures our programs remain competitive, in compliance and meet the needs of the business.

About the Role:

  • You will play a crucial role in creating and implementing compensation strategies designed to attract and retain top talent.
  • Utilize internal and market insights to drive compensation solutions, with a bias towards action and focusing on achieving key results.
  • Offer guidance on compensation-related matters to ensure both internal fairness and external competitiveness, collaborating with recruitment teams, people managers, and People Business Partners.
  • Assess job frameworks specific to each function and refine them to better support hiring processes, career development, and performance management.
  • Design and establish compensation structures and salary ranges.
  • Assist in managing compensation cycles, participating in compensation surveys, benchmarking salary ranges, and leading projects to improve our compensation practices.

About You:

  • 5+ professional experience in a related field; 3+ years of comp analyst experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Broad compensation experience across cost modeling, job architecture, compensation transition recommendations, cycle management, equity structure design, and comp program support.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders & cross functional people teams to implement strategic solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to use data to influence decision making.

Nice to haves but not required:  

  • Experience in Aerospace or Tech.
  • Experience in start up environments.

$111,000$142,000 USD
