Position Overview:  

The Diligent HR team seeks a highly motivated and analytical individual who is eager to enhance his/her HR experience and impact a dynamic, growing global technology organization.  This multifaceted role focuses on Total Rewards and improving operational processes while working on programs that truly impact our people and our business. 

The Senior Compensation Analyst assists in the implementation and administration of compensation programs such as salaries, incentives, job evaluations, and salary surveys that support Diligent’s business strategy. This role will be expected to play a key part in HR & compensation projects and support the organization as it continues to scale and grow. 

The Senior Compensation Analyst will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to the various aspects of compensation and to provide direct support to the design and implementation of several global core compensation programs. This also includes market data intelligence gathering and governance, as well as global compensation administration and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • General day to day client group support of compensation needs coordinating closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and Business Leaders  
  • Support and play a lead role in regular compensation activities including annual compensation planning cycle, promotion review periods and salary survey participation.  
  • Lead compensation projects, which may include job framework changes, organizational changes, M&A activity, and incentive design work.  
  • Conduct compensation benchmark assessments, actively seeking market intelligence and industry specific data to inform appropriate solutions 
  • Review and approve employment offers – consulting with Talent Acquisition, HR business partners and business leaders  
  • Actively participate in compensation compliance activities across all jurisdictions  

Required Experience/Skills  

  • 5+ years of compensation experience 
  • Maintaining high levels of data integrity and exceptional attention to detail  
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills  
  • Ability to pivot focus quickly and move from one type of task to another efficiently and effectively  
  • Ability to review, analyze, and model large data sets in Excel  

Preferred Experience/Skills  

  • Experience within a multinational organization preferred  
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience a plus
