Why This Job Matters:
As a Senior Commission Analyst, you’ll be a key player in shaping our sales success. Your role involves managing sales commission plans, executing accurate monthly and quarterly calculations, and providing insights that drive continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our global sales teams, ensuring they have the information they need to thrive. Reporting to the Head of Sales Commission, you’ll foster strong relationships across the organization to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Do:
- Calculate and ensure timely commission payments for sales teams.
- Collaborate with accounting and payroll for accurate commission accruals.
- Manage and adapt Xactly systems, including setting up commission plans and resolving data issues.
- Streamline commission processes through automation and improvement initiatives.
- Administer various incentive payouts, including draws, bonuses, and SPIFFs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of commission plans in driving business goals.
- Design and implement global sales incentive programs, providing training to HR and sales leadership.
- Address commission-related inquiries, identifying patterns to improve processes.
- Support accurate quota and commission adjustments for new hires and terminations.
- Maintain detailed records of historical commission payouts for audits and reviews.

- Advanced MS Excel skills and a solid understanding of finance principles.

What’s Required:
- 3-5+ years of sales commission experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Xactly commission systems and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and a solid understanding of enterprise selling processes.
