How you will contribute to Skroutz vision

As a Partners Learning & Development - Senior Commercial Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs aimed at enhancing the performance of our partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the training initiatives align with the company’s goals and strategic priorities. This role is key in fostering a culture of learning and performance excellence, driving commercial success through effective learning solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs focused on advancing our commercial team’s skills plus driving revenue growth and operational excellence for our partner base in GR and ENG (i.e. agencies, sellers, and brands).
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
  • Monitor and assess training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers to ensure consistent training delivery across the company.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and methods.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Review training feedback to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for training materials and methods based on evaluation results
  • Develop advanced educational modules and blended learning approaches to reach a broader audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years in a training or learning and development role, within a commercial or sales environment
  • Proven experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops, 1-1s etc for both internal commercial teams and partners (i.e. sellers & brands)
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and best practices will be considered as a strong asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and needs
