Your key focus will be:
- Facilitate the signing of customer contracts and growing the organisation though commercial acumen.
- Negotiate commercial contracts with potential clients and manage inputs from internal stakeholders in a fast moving, gas processing industry.
- Drive the contract signing process to agreement with customer and finalisation.
- Collaborate with sales, legal and finance, proposals, delivery and business development teams.
- Work with customer to support their decision making process to move to the next stage of project development.
- Be able to prioritise work balancing corporate goals and risk in a time pressured environment.
- Support the company in driving completion of all growth targets and corporate approval process is followed.
- Tracking essential Sales goals and reporting to senior management.
- Support the development of work practices and standardisation of contracts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Customer facing, presentable, articulate and persuasive.
- Commercial acumen (demonstrable) I.E. accomplished, working knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, cost, pricing and risk.
- Have minimum ten years’ of experience negotiation commercial terms and conditions in a gas processing, oil and gas, energy, major equipment or engineering and construction industry.
- Have minimum of ten years’ of experience working in an organisation of engineering projects or major equipment supplier.
- Project execution experience in gas processing industry (preferred).
- Experienced in negotiating thought feasibility, FEED and execution phases of projects.
- Risk management experience (gas processing industry preferred).
- Motivated to negotiate, sell and drive towards a common ground with internal and external parties involved.
- Create work process and workflows.
- Owns tasks and can work autonomously.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, on multiple fronts.
- Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders (e.g. Customers)
- Skillset to coordinate with various internal stakeholders.
