Job Purpose:

The Senior Commercial Analyst will play a critical role in providing advanced analytical support to the organization, driving strategic business decisions through data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling. This individual will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior management. Person will also support the management and delivery of our external client reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the annual budgeting process and forecast future financial performance.
  • Manage comprehensive external client reporting, ensuring reports are tailored to client needs and delivered within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to budget, growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis using advanced statistical methods to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Design and implement client performance dashboards that provide real-time data on client engagement, satisfaction, and profitability metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn them into strategic insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools; experience with data visualization software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to build professional relationship with various levels stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Readiness to work at least 2 days from the office.
