Senior Commercial Account Manager

Why we need you!

Reporting into the Country Manager Japan, this role is responsible for building and executing against pipeline for Ivanti’s solutions within a customer base across Japan.  To add to the existing team, we are looking for Senior Sales Executives who will be responsible for a specific set of new and existing customers, selling via partners. Ideal candidates will have software sales experience working both directly and with the channel, and will be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of strong sales performance and acquired skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Ivanti Solutions via partners within Japan
  • The main segment in Mid Enterprise  (Employees 1,000 - 10,000) across all industry verticals
  • Work closer with Channel Account Manager and Channel partners to build the pipeline and close the opportunities
  • Developing marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth
  • Executing against a channel strategy with defined partners for pipeline generation
  • Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT initiatives to drive the Ivanti solution within the marketplace
  • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • Sales process management and opportunity closure
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams

Ideally you will have:

  • 7 -10 years’ experience selling enterprise software or SaaS products
  • Familiar with Security, Endpoint and Service Management products
  • Account management and new business sales focus
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
  • Defined sales process & methodology to drive repeatable & predictable results
  • Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • English at business level
  • Japanese at native level
