Senior Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant

We require a senior Oracle HCM Cloud payroll consultant to join our expanding Managed Services team. The consultant must have experience of at least two HCM Cloud projects as a functional expert. Experience of other Oracle HCM products (in particular, E-Business Suite) would be advantageous.

You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day application support for a variety of clients.
  • Provide training and coaching for other colleagues
  • Assist in pre-sales activities via demos
  • Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients regarding "leading practices" and the functionality of the software modules through as part of an ongoing Managed Service
  • Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely
  • Positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player

Essential:

  • Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll (Essential)
  • Oracle Cloud HCM –  Absence Management (Desirable) OR Time & Labour (Desirable)
  • Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards.

  • Documenting solutions
  • Creating and developing sales bid responses and pre-sales preparation and demos, providing product credibility and expertise
  • Minimum 3 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements

Desirable: 

  • Knowledge of any other HCM Cloud modules
  • E-Business Suite HRMS knowledge
  • ITIL process knowledge
  • Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be advantageous

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to a hub office so you MUST be commutable  Given the urgency, no work permits will be considered.
