We are seeking a driven and strategic Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. This role is essential in helping us scale our Clinical and Behavioral Health teams by recruiting top talent across a range of clinical roles. The Clinical Recruiter will manage full cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive full cycle recruiting efforts for our Clinical and Behavioral Health team, recruiting for roles such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists and Master Level Therapists, as well as clinical roles supporting Clinical Navigation and Care & Case Management.
- Identify, engage, and assess top talent, utilizing creative sourcing strategies.
- Champion a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, reflecting our commitment to inclusion and quality care.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clinical talent, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance workflows, refine processes, and improve recruitment efficiencies.
- Ability to develop and drive relationships with residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, online search, in-house marketing campaigns, and partnerships with key external agency partners.
- Partner with Analytics to regularly track and analyze pipeline data, recruitment metrics and performance data to share insights with key internal stakeholders.
- Advise Hiring Managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate offer details to ensure successful offer acceptances.
- Engage with employees in creative ways to promote a strategic referral program.
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to full cycle recruitment within the clinical, behavioral health, or healthcare field.
- Ability to effectively communicate Included Health’s value proposition in a competitive hiring market.
- Skilled at managing multiple requisitions and quickly adjusting priorities in response to evolving hiring needs.
- Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and developing a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of interpersonal proficiency and attention to detail.
- Experienced with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrate a competitive mindset, sense of urgency, and ability to multitask while prioritizing effectively.
