Senior Client Success Partner, Digital Advertising (m/f/d)

Due to some exciting growth here at Sportradar ad:s we are looking for a Senior Client Success Partner to strengthen our account management/client success team to be based ideally in our Vienna office.

THE CHALLENGE:


The focus of this role is to drive client success and account growth in the exciting world of Digital Advertising. Guiding our clients to successful campaigns via programmatic, paid social and paid search, while playing an active part to fulfilling all the required targets using Sportradar’s proprietary ad tech stack.

  • Active client management and communication
  • Coordination and internal alignment between Sales, Media Buying and Product
  • Planning, organization, and execution of all relevant account management/client success topics
  • Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling our clients
  • Pro-actively identifying new opportunities and strategies to help customers reach their objectives via Programmatic Advertising and Paid Social
  • Supporting our Sales teams in articulating our unique proposition to potential customers
  • Working cross-functionality to influence our overall strategy across sales, marketing, product development and service delivery
  • Become part of Sportradar’s global ad:s team, collaborating and sharing best practices as you establish and shape an excellent client success team
  • Ongoing monitoring of client relevant KPIs to take action with internal stakeholders
  • Preparation of client facing materials such as reports, sales decks or educational presentation
  • Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to travel policies

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 4+ years of experience working across sales, key accounts, and account management to deliver digital marketing solutions
  • Expert knowledge in Digital Advertising (Programmatic, Paid Social, Performance channels) mainly in the AdTech Space
  • Strong commercial drive as well as analytical and operational expertise to build and grow long-term relationships with clients
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive insight from data
  • Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the online sports betting/igaming industry and common marketing strategies will be considered a plus
  • Excellent business English skills, German and any other language considered a plus
