You will be responsible for helping companies turn their ambitions into innovate digitally and driving revenue growth through the management and expansion of key customer relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs, develop strategic solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.

Requirements

• Understand client goals and challenges and work collaboratively to turn them into digital solutions
• Help clients advance their digital transformation strategy
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers
• Expertise in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals
• Strong ability to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle
• Expertise in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Develop and maintain an expertise about industry and digital trends
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
• A well-established network in Switzerland, particularly with Product leaders and C-level executives
  

• Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in account management or sales
• Deep understanding of digital products and digital technology
• Good understanding of key account management principles and strategies
• 8+ years experience working in an agency that creates complex custom digital products for enterprise customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in German and English)
