What We Are Looking For:

The contract Senior Client Partner is responsible for the success of their accounts across the creative agency. In this role, strategic leadership is fundamental to the successful execution of ATTN:’s campaigns. This role will succeed by working cross-functionally with all departments spanning creative, strategy, production, and media; developing excellent client relationships and maintaining internal workflows; and ultimately, delivering excellent work that exceeds client expectations.

This role will report into one of ATTN:’s co-founders and will be fully focused on leading our relationship with World Jewish Congress, whose mission is to fight the meteoric rise in anti-Jewish and anti-Israel hatred and to expand Holocaust education.

Summary of Role:

As contract Senior Client Partner  you will be the key day-to-day account point of contact for mid to senior-level clients, creative teams, production teams, and agency partners. Responsible for translating and implementing client and project goals into specific team objectives and deliverables.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide value to mid-to-senior level clients, successfully navigating client fires, providing strategic guidance and thought-leadership, and making a positive impact that will drive renewal business.
  • Have a keen understanding of the Client’s business goals, objectives, KPIs, brand rules, etc. Translate client objectives into clear and actionable tasks. 
  • Maintain regular communications with clients to ensure that the client is consistently made aware of the progress and value of the project including touching base with clients, attending regular calls or meetings (i.e. statuses, project trackers, etc.) as needed by the project or agreed upon. 
  • Manage day-to-day project status with minimal oversight and communicate daily priorities and next steps to internal team members, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Own the incorporation of ATTN: systems (Asana, Google Drive, Smartsheet, etc) to all projects, ensuring all information is captured appropriately across systems.
  • Develop both internal and client-facing timelines and internal schedules, ensuring both internal and external parties are meeting all deadlines.
  • Maintain a close pulse across departments throughout the campaign, from development through production + post to ensure all parties remain on the same page. Serve as the main POC to help facilitate internal + external requests and updates between all differing parties. Bring people together as necessary to help problem solve and carry out execution of the campaign.
  • Champion process and smooth workflows, ensuring that every team member is clear on their responsibilities and where/when/how to fulfill them.
  • Review final creative assets to ensure they factor in client feedback and abide by brand guidelines ahead of delivery.
  • Work with production teams when content capture is needed to prep for either remote, studio or on location shoots, and then serve as client POC on set during production and campaign events.
  • Responsible for tracking client and financial health utilizing tools like Asana and Harvest to layer into custom burn reports, team forecasting, etc and then translating this intel into action
  • Partner alongside social strategy and reporting (audience + insights) to lead client reporting against all ATTN-run media. Identify trends in performance and make strategic recommendations internally and with clients to improve the work and meet client KPIs.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in client services and/or program management at a creative agency, with a proven track record of success across both AOR and project-based business in a variety of categories
  • Deep and current experience in social media across both paid and organic strategies. Fluency in social KPIs, influencers strategies and platform and audience capabilities to drive meaningful conversations with clients to net success
  • Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Harvest, Smartsheet etc.) and MS Office/Google Suite (Sheets, Excel, Slides, etc)
  • Comfortability managing up to executive leadership and co-owning senior client relationships on high profile accounts
  • Working knowledge of all phases of video/photo and design production and post-production, and ability to partner closely with producers to execute 
  • Experience developing competitive analysis, case studies, social playbooks and other strategic materials to drive current and new business forward
  • Ability to effectively lead client business while supporting direct reports to do the same, continually shifting focus to meet ever-changing demands across the agency business
  • Ability to build staff plans, scopes, and client-facing proposals is a plus

Compensation:

This position has an estimated annual salary range of $145,000 - 160,000. Actual compensation is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.

This is for a 1 year contract with the potential to extend. Candidates must be based in New York, NY.
