Within the DEPT® Benelux & Nordics department you will be part of the Managed Services team. JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to strengthen our Managed Services team at DEPT®. The role is a combination of project- service- and account management, plus adding to the growth of our internal Managed Services organization. The role goes beyond traditional service management and allows for a lot of freedom to work for well-known brands, work on new proposals and further grow the Managed Services offering at DEPT®.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Managed Services industry, with a focus on finance, process management, and service delivery. A combination of project management experience as well as service delivery is also considered for a minimum period of 5 years.

Experience in managing commerce (service) projects is considered a plus

2. Financial Acumen:

The ability to analyze financial data and develop budgets.

Experience in managing departmental budgets, forecasting revenue, and tracking expenses.

Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial performance.

3. Process Optimization:

Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall and Agile

Demonstrated experience in streamlining workflows, standardizing processes, and driving operational efficiency.

Ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve processes.

4. Delivery Management:

Thorough understanding of managed services delivery models and service level agreements (SLAs).

Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of services to meet client expectations.

Experience in managing complex projects and initiatives, from conception to implementation. (Agile & Waterfall)

5. Client Relationship Management:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Experience in understanding client needs and aligning service delivery strategies to meet those needs.

Ability to effectively communicate with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and solicit feedback.

6. People Management:

Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

7. Communication Skills:

Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies, goals, and performance metrics.

8. Strategic Thinking:

Strategic mindset with the ability to align departmental goals and objectives with organizational strategy.

Experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance operational effectiveness.

Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and market developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

9. Team Player:

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to work across departments and functions to achieve common goals.

Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Managed Services department.


10. Working proficiency of English language.

11. Working proficiency of German language is a big plus.

12. Being directly available to start working in Germany or North Macedonia.
