We're searching for a Senior/Client Experience Manager, Team Nestlé a hybrid role that blends your account management expertise with your passion for crafting exceptional client journeys. You will become the guardian of our client’s experience, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations at every turn.

Nestlé is a key global client for WPP, and our partnership has significantly expanded recently. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to this important account.

 

What you will do:

Be the Architect of Client Success:

  • Strategic Planning & Presentations: Craft compelling narratives and develop presentations that inspire action and drive client success.
  • Pitch Support: Develop pitch materials that showcase our unique value proposition and win new business.
  • Client Intelligence: Provide internal stakeholders with the insights they need to support our client.

Craft Unforgettable Client Experiences:

  • Content Strategy: Develop engaging content strategies (monthly emails, event invites, etc.) across multiple channels that resonate with client needs and elevate their perception of our team and WPP.
  • Client Relationship Management: Implement innovative strategies to personalize client interactions and create a seamless, rewarding experience.

Be the Voice of Our Team:

  • Internal Communications Hub: Manage our team's Collaboration Hub, ensuring it's a vibrant hub of information, updates, and collaboration.
  • Account Brand Building: Develop and execute a strategy to amplify our team's visibility and reputation within the WPP network and across the industry.

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience blending client/account management with content strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills – you can effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • A strategic mindset – you're a proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and develops innovative solutions.
