About the Role
Pursuit is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial relationship-builder to lead strategic partnerships and revenue generation with Government customers. This role is crucial for Pursuit's growth, requiring a leader who can strategically and tactically develop and manage relationships with potential partners. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough research on potential partners, leverage existing relationships (both ours and theirs), and devise targeted approaches to engage and secure partnerships with key companies. You will be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding our footprint. You should have experience achieving revenue-based targets, working with customers in a deeply consultative manner influencing stakeholders to create product-market fit, and a demonstrated ability to develop a new network quickly. Knowledge of government workforce hiring & procurement is important. You’ll be joining a small, mission-driven company and have the opportunity to build new programs with lifelong impact.

Salary & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 base + an incentive-based performance bonus for a total compensation of ~$300k.
