Your Adventure Ahead

  • Grow ShopBack’s top brand partners across various categories (Fashion, Beauty, Home & Living, F&B) to create, plan and implement B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Create meaningful partnerships with brand partners to acquire new users, grow sales and create brand awareness for ShopBack.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing; Develop pitch decks for brand launches, Negotiation with brand partners, Execution of online and offline campaigns.
  • Develop campaigns through various channels and tools: in-app, offline, social media, CRM, paid ads, influencer marketing.
  • Conceptualize and execute co-branded offline retail activations targeted at acquiring new users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, social media, graphic designers, campaigns, business development teams to drive business goals for ShopBack and brand partners.
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns and advise on improvements and scalability opportunities.
  • Spearhead new projects and make recommendations on new growth opportunities in order to develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation.

Essentials to Succeed

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in partnerships/marketing/business building experience, preferably within offline retail and/or e-Commerce and/or payments environment.
  • A driven, independent, highly motivated and result-oriented individual.
  • Proactive can-do attitude, problem solving skills and good team player.
  • Strong analytical skills, use data to inform decision making and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills to manage a wide range of brand partners and deliver under tight timelines
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, develop innovative solutions to business problems.
