THE ROLE
In this role you are required to deliver integrated campaigns that drive and capture demand in alignment with segment priorities. This is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t shy away from team collaboration, project management and who thinks both strategically and tactically to get things done.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Develop integrated campaigns in line with your market segment and the broader regional strategy, targeting highest priority audiences.
- Act as the go-to point of contact for your regional market segment and represent the campaign plan, execution and performance with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders, for example - Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations.
- Manage the campaign planning process for your market segments, ensuring that campaigns are built out at least one business quarter in advance to maximize productivity.
- Execute against ABM initiatives for your market segments, in collaboration with Sales leaders in your assigned segment.
- Develop effective strategies for generating high quality leads targeted by industry, company size, and region and implement integrated marketing campaigns encompassing email marketing, webinars, events and a variety of other tactics to grow the sales pipeline.
- Ensure net new leads are meeting scoring criteria with Marketing Operations to deliver best-in-class leads to sales
- Collect feedback from the regional field marketing team to understand local customer needs and refine campaign strategies for relevance and impact.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to deliver analysis on campaign performance metrics and own the report out to the business on campaign performance metrics, key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel, including prospect acquisition and install base expansion.
- Deliver regular updates to keep key stakeholders informed throughout the planning and execution process, and partnering cross-functionally to build field programs that improve campaign performance.
- Ensure your market segment marketing programs & tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience within SaaS or a high tech business
- Pipeline and data-driven leader
- Proven results with integrated campaigns that drive pipeline
- Typically 8+ years of Campaign Management experience with a demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful fully integrated marketing campaigns.
- Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
- Deep understanding of persona marketing, marketing automation, performance marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology.
- Ability to clearly articulate and deliver on campaign goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences
- Proven ability to partner effectively with multiple different marketing stakeholders and work effectively with sales teams.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, docs, sheets, slides) preferred
- Experience using Salesforce and Marketo preferred
- Experience of ABM would be useful
Salary Range: $104K - $144K
