The Opportunity

Do you have experience with account-based campaigns that have led to growth success?

Have you executed demand generation strategies, driving brand growth and fostering customer engagement across various channels?

We Are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to work closely with our market leads, global marketing team and the Global Head of Growth and execute demand generation strategies, driving brand growth and fostering customer engagement across various channels. You will have previously developed, launched and managed innovative B2B campaigns, optimise performance, and generate measurable outcomes resulting in growth for a business.

The role will be reporting to the Global Head of Growth. We are open to candidates from all over the world but you would be happy to work European hours and be close to a We Are Social office.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Partnered with Sales Executives and CEOs to create and execute a growth playbook (targeting, positioning, lead-sourcing) for acquiring new business and facilitating growth in existing accounts.
  • Built and maintained collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on market opportunities, objectives, benchmarks, messaging and audience targets, and content to ensure campaign success
  • Developed and executed B2B demand generation campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, email marketing, content syndication and digital advertising.
  • Established nurture campaigns to include multiple channels in addition to email, to engage our audiences and progress them deeper into the funnel
  • High competency with ABM and demand generation martech, digital marketing trends, and best practices (6Sense, Salesforce, Pardot, etc).
  • Deepen our understanding of customer behavior, identify patterns in their behavior and interactions across multiple touchpoints, and leverage those insights to refine segmentation and drive more engagement
  • Monitored, measured, and tested campaign effectiveness and continually optimize to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • B2B campaign marketing manager or ABM experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
  • Previous experience with Salesforce Pardot, 6Sense and other ABM martech tools
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding lead generation and pipeline influence targets.
  • Experience orchestrating plays and partnering with sales teams to deliver results.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented in planning and execution.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment where agility and the ability to pivot are essential
  • Experience building rapport with executive stakeholders and speaking their language
