JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
- Maintain the company’s business workflows, processes, and strategies.
- Define and drive the Contract Lifecycle Management and eSignature solutions applications roadmap, portfolio, and lifecycle strategy.
- Lead the exploration and business analysis of new application functionality from a business standpoint.
- Drive ideation, prioritization, planning, and grooming of the company’s agile backlog.
- Ensure system issues and enhancement requests are prioritized and addressed in line with business objectives.
- Ensure test and training plans are designed and executed thoroughly and successfully.
- Promote and oversee relationships with business partners to ensure they view enterprise IT as proactive and responsive to business needs.
- Partner with functional leaders to build capability and self-sufficiency within the end-user population and foster an environment of continual process improvement.
Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology Management, Information Systems Management, Applied Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Two years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager. Employer will accept pre and post Master’s degree experience. All experience must be post-Bachelor’s degree.

Alternative Qualification: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology Management, Information Systems Management, Applied Management, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in lieu of a Master’s degree and two years of experience.
Skills/Technical Requirements:

Work experience to include:
-
Implementing and leading continuous improvement initiatives for Contract Lifecycle Management solutions by utilizing at least one of the following enterprise applications: Systems Applications and Products (SAP), Apttus, Conga, Docusign, ServiceNow, or Zoho Helpdesk.

Managing and working with the design, development, and implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management business processes and system functionality.

Working with application projects exceeding $50 million and involving at least five scrum teams over Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program increments.

Building partnerships within the IT organization and across business functions to understand business roadmaps, identify pain points, propose improvement opportunities, define technology requirements, and assist with prioritizing roadmap and backlog decisions.

Utilizing solution design and development methodologies including SAFe.

Leading matrixed teams in business operations.
