We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst – Salesforce/CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ experience to join our GTM IT Engineering team in Bangalore, India, reporting to the senior manager of Information Technology. You are the ideal candidate if you have solid experience supporting the delivery of marketing processes.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze as-is processes and desired outcomes in context with other projects and industry best practices to help design and propose solutions.
- Oversee and manage configuration, development of customizations and integrations, adhering to application standard procedures.
- Engage with our business partners and product managers focused on Lead-to-Order project initiatives to discover and document business problems and needs.
- Closely work with Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Working in a techno-functional position, responsible for gathering business requirements, solution design, development, configuration, support and improvement of Salesforce and Marketing platforms.
- Articulate IT point of view and be able to communicate either through visual, written, or verbal means as a way of ensuring alignment.
- Support user acceptance testing, documentation, and enablement training for business users as a subject-matter expert for the marketing IT tech stack.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Self-motivation, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and being at working with all levels of the organization.
- Deep experience in Solution design of Lead-to-Order, Lead life-cycle Management and quoting processes.
- In-depth functional and technical working experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Be a collaborative team player who is results driven and can influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communications and organizational skills, and the demonstrated ability to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
- Experience in business analysis, Salesforce sales applications, and integration experience, including cross-functional processes.
- Implementation/Enhancements of CPQ module that include Quoting, subscription management, pricing, product bundles, product/pricing rules, advance approvals and QCP.
- Experience in developing/triaging Apex Classes, Triggers, Integrations, Flows, Visualforce Pages and Lightning Components.
- Experience in working with Agile Scrum/Kanban delivery methodology and with offshore development teams.
- Knowledge of applications such as Clari, HighSpot and Salesforce Experience Cloud is preferred.
What success looks like:
After six months, you will…
- Know and build working relationships with products managers and marketing operations stakeholders and other team members within IT.
- Understand the marketing business processes implemented and used at Infoblox.
- Understand different technologies used by marketing and different integration points.
- Drive development activities related to marketing applications and its integrations.
After about a year, you will…
- Drive and manage the marketing IT program delivery end-to-end.
- Provide your POV and participate in the marketing product roadmap.
- Own and drive the technical roadmap for the marketing application.
- Be a strategic technical and functional advisor to the marketing operations team.
