Senior Business Support Officer/Receptionist

We require a Senior Business Support Officer for our central London Kennington Park Office (The Oval). This is  full time office based role.

Areas of responsibility:   

Office Management  

  • Meet and greet of customers and colleagues  

  • Admin support for management on site  

  • Hosting meetings as required including ordering lunches   

          and serving of refreshments  

  • Smooth running and upkeep of the office  

  • Support for audits conducted on site  

  • Site Attendance Register Management  

  • Postage and Couriers  

Facilities Management    

  • Logging of any FM issues  

  • Liaison with Landlords team for supporting FM documentation   

Central Business Support  

  • Provide support to colleagues across the business as required  

  • Raise Purchase Orders as required by the business  

  • Credit card management  

  • Invoice approvals  

  • Holiday cover as required  

Environmental Admin Support  

  • Monitoring of legislation Compliance Documentation  

  • Contact point for routine matters  

  • Various Reporting  

  • Managing key dates  

  • New vendor set up  

  • Intranet and Website updates  

  • Other administrative tasks as required  

Health, Safety & Environmental Admin Support 

Support to Safety & Environmental Manager with health and safety and environmental responsibilities in line with each role including monthly reporting to the HSE Manager if required. 

  • Health and Safety Champion  

  • Fire Marshal  

  • First Aid  

  • Environmental Champion  

  

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a similar role in a professional office environment. A confident communicator and  'people person' that is highly organised with excellent IT skills.
