This position primarily focuses on developing advertising products used by merchants (such as Sponsored Offers, Promoted Offers, and Network) from a business perspective. This is not a sales position.
Your main responsibilities:
Taking end-to-end responsibility for defining, qualifying, implementing, and monitoring initiatives focused on improving advertising products to enhance their financial performance and value for merchants
Taking part in a transformation of Allegro Advertising monetization model
Increasing the usage of products among merchants
Structuring challenges and translating figures into insights and actions
Reframing value proposition
Enhancing intelligence and leading research agenda to understand merchants' needs and pain points
Monitoring and preparing benchmarks of the competitive environment
Collaborating closely with internal (incl. Technology, Analytics, UX/UI) and external partners to deliver solutions supporting merchants using Advertising products
Preparing documents and presentations for key stakeholders (Executive Team, Group Advertising Director)

What are we looking for?
5+ years of commercial experience in product/services development (preferably in the e-commerce industry) or/and consulting roles
Exceptional analytical skills
Strong critical and strategic thinking abilities and problem-solving in ambiguous situations
Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
Experience in directly managing commercial and/or project teams
Strong persuasion and influencing skills
Hands-on approach
Ability to collaborate and drive alignment at the Top Management level
Excellent, structured communication skills and the ability to communicate flawlessly in Polish and English
Understanding of the online advertising market, performance marketing and e-commerce is an advantage
