The Finance, Strategy and Analytics team is responsible for providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic and operational decision-making across the company. We are seeking a Data Insights Analyst to serve as the primary analytical resource for leaders across our business by diving into data to produce valuable insights that provide context to drive business decisions. This is a high-impact role supporting our Hardware business that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term shareholder value in a hyper-growth environment at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering results, complete ownership of work and excellent business judgment. They should have a demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, deliver recommendations and have a critical eye for detail.

About this roll*: (Responsibilities)

Be a thought partner to the Hardware organization and finance leaders by conducting analyses into drivers of business performance using SQL (Structured Query Language)
Influence decisions by understanding the big picture combined with providing underlying deep analysis
Use SQL and BI tools to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow business leaders to quickly and accurately see how our business is performing
Communicate clearly, knowledgeably and transparently with cross-functional stakeholders (including but not limited to Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and DIA) to build trusted relationships and enhance business outcomes
Proactively and reactively develop and address business questions through independent investigation/data forensics

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

5+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics roles, and/or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in an advanced quantitative field such as mathematics, economics/finance, computer science, or physical science
SQL expert, including a deep understanding of our SQL table infrastructure, as well as strong business acumen to understand operating metrics
Experience with data visualization. Able to confidently choose the best visualization style for the given context; the insights from your visualizations speak for themselves
Background building interactive dashboards in a tool such as Hex, Looker, Tableau, Domo, SiSense, etc
Experience with data engineering and ability to navigate new data sources
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills amongst a range of audiences
Positive attitude, high attention to detail, collaboration, and comfort in working in a matrix organization

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.

Pay Range

$102,000—$163,000 USD
